Return Policy

To return or exchange items bought online submit a return request.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  1. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  1. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  1. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  1. Click Request return. 
    • Please ensure that any returns are shipped back within 7 days of the delivery date to be considered for a full refund.
    • If you return items between 7-14 days from the date of delivery, Lil Swimmas will issue a store credit instead of a refund.
    • If you return items after 14 days from the date of delivery, Lil Swimmas will not accept the return and will send the products back to you.
    • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, regardless of the time of return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

  • Upon receiving the return label, a deduction of $10 will be applied to the total refund amount.


International Return Information:

International returns differ from domestic returns, so please review the following  information:

  • Merchandise must be in new, unworn condition.
  • All costs associated with international order returns will be at the responsibility of the customer.
